Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders over $60 USD.
- Shipping costs for orders below $60 are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
